As part of your CRM package, you receive 2 hours of expert onboarding support, which can be scheduled as two 1-hour sessions.

During your onboarding session(s), we’ll walk you through setting up the essential parts of your CRM so you’re ready to start using it right away:

  • Business profile setup (business info, time zone, logo, etc.)

  • Personal user profile setup

  • Add staff member(s) to your CRM

  • Set up branded domain (custom domain for system emails and links)

📇 If You Have Existing Contacts

If you’re bringing contacts over from a previous CRM or list, we’ll also help you:

  • Upload your contact list

  • Set up primary Tags to organize them

  • Create 1–2 SmartLists for segmentation and easier follow-up

🔹 Communication Tools

  • Connect your calendar (Google or Outlook)

  • Integrate Zoom or Google Meet for appointments

  • Set up email subdomain (for improved email deliverability)

🔹 Connect Your Domain

  • Walk you through purchasing your domain (if necessary)

  • Get your domain connected to Content Amplifier CRM
